LQA is a globally recognized leader in quality assurance assessments and benchmarking analysis for luxury hotels. Operating in over 130 countries, LQA provides unparalleled insights and strategies that help hotels improve operating performance, elevate the guest experience, and monitor service delivery. As a leading provider in the luxury hospitality sector, LQA's signature product is a comprehensive three-day, two-night anonymous hotel assessment carried out by experienced hospitality professionals. Measuring 800 quantitative and qualitative standards, with a focus on emotional intelligence, LQA's assessments provide valuable insights into the guest experience.
LQA is the only partner in the industry that offers an in-person conversation between the consultant and property leadership immediately after the audit to review preliminary findings and discuss strategies for improvement. With 50 full-time consultants from 14 nationalities and speaking 15 languages, LQA ensures a global perspective.
As Lead UX Designer, I designed a native app that empowers hotel employees from around the world to make long-term improvements through training, education, and collaboration. The app enables employees to review reports from secret shoppers, engage in guided educational trainings, and create action plans. Collaborating closely with the Product Manager, CEO/Owner, Data Analyst, Marketing Director, and CTO, I ensured that the app met the specific needs of hotel employees. LQA hired their own development team, and I was responsible for conducting quality assurance testing and ensuring a seamless hand-off of files.
My expertise in UX design enabled me to deliver a user-friendly and effective app that has been well-received by LQA's clients.
